My name is Ashlyn, and I’m a bit different from everybody else, but so is the rest of my family. My dad’s weird, my mom’s just the poster-girl of anxiety, and neither of my sisters understand how I think. I have Social Phobia, Attentive Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD), and I have Asperger’s Syndrom (a type of Autism Spectrum Disorder). Speaking, making friends, math, none of these things come naturally to me. God, for some odd reason, gave me a talent in writing, and gave me this desire to be heard even though my speaking voice is easily dismissed, but my writing voice is hard to dismiss.

Everything I write is about my life and how I see God in it everyday, and all the things I learn. That’s why all of my posts end in verses or quotes.

For God so Loved the world that he gave His One and Only Son. So that whomever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16 NIV

Whatever you do, work at it with all of your heart, as working for the Lord. Colossians 3:23 NIV
